What the shit is this?

• Originally it was fat European women in the 1700s and 1800s in big fucking dresses with hoop skirts and tons of lace and frills. Then it was tiny Japanese girls in cute dresses that were based on that French 18th century "ROCOCO" period and also Victorian mourning crap. Now it SEEMS TO HAVE come full circle with fat weeaboo girls stuffing themselves in aforementioned dresses, and adding striped tights, and silly tiny hats that look ridiculous on their huge heads.

Whether "done right" or not, it's universally agreed everyone looks retarded in it, fat or Japanese or not.
